At Notorious Neons, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be accepted for items purchased from our website Notorious Neons.

2. Custom Neon Orders

2.1 Refund Policy for Custom Neon Orders:

  • Refunds for custom neon orders can only be issued within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. This is because manufacturing begins immediately after this period.
  • To request a refund within this timeframe, please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au with your order details.

2.2 Changes to Custom Orders:

  • After the initial 12-hour period, changes to custom orders cannot be accommodated due to the manufacturing process.

3. Pre-Designed Neon Signs

3.1 Return and Refund Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your pre-designed neon sign, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Warranty

4.1 Indoor Signs:

  • We offer a 24-month warranty on all indoor signs. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

4.2 Outdoor Signs:

  • We offer a 12-month warranty on all outdoor signs. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

4.3 Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au with details of the defect and your order information. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your claim.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom neon signs that have passed the 12-hour refund window

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@notoriousneons.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Our neon signs are made from flexible LED tubing and mounted on high-quality acrylic backboards—durable, lightweight, and built to glow.

Compared to traditional glass neon, this material offers greater durability and a greener footprint.

Is it safe to use your neon signs?

Absolutely. Our signs use Energy-Efficient LED Technology, which means no heat, no glass, and no toxic gases—just safe, glowing vibes.

What’s the lifespan of a neon sign?

With proper care, your neon sign will last 100,000 hours or more, making it a long-term lighting solution you can rely on.

Do you offer international shipping?

No matter where you live, your neon’s coming in hot. We ship to every corner of the globe.

When can I expect my neon sign to arrive?

Since every neon sign is handmade to order (yep, even our presets!), we allow up to 21 days from the date of your order for it to arrive at your door. That said, it’s usually much quicker!

  • Shipping Time (Free Shipping) 5–7 business days

    Need it in a hurry? No stress—if you’re on a tight timeline and need delivery within 10–12 days, just reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to fast-track it with priority processing.

We partner with trusted couriers like DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and TNT. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a full tracking number via email so you can follow your glow all the way to your door.

What should I do if my neon sign is damaged on arrival?

We don’t mess around when it comes to packaging. Each neon sign is wrapped in layers of protection like bubble wrap, tough edge guards, and solid cardboard boxing to make sure it gets to you safely.

We’ll take it from there—our team will work with the courier and send you a new sign on the house if needed.

What should I do if my neon sign hasn’t arrived?

We ship using fully tracked and insured courier services like DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and TNT to ensure your sign gets to you safely. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Our support team will get in touch with the courier to investigate the issue and, if needed, send you a replacement sign ASAP at no extra cost.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Do your neon signs come with a warranty?

Yep! All of our signs are covered by a 24-month warranty. If something goes wrong, we’ll replace it—free of charge.

What if I have an issue with my sign during the warranty period?

Just email support@notoriousneons.com.au with details of the issue. Our team may arrange a return for inspection before sending out a replacement.

What’s the process for returning an item?

Email support@notoriousneons.com.au with a video and photos of the issue. If approved, return the product in original packaging within 14 days. We’ll inspect it and either repair, replace, or refund.

What’s your policy on returns and exchanges?

We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only. If there’s an issue with your sign, we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means repairing it, replacing it, issuing a full or partial refund, or another suitable solution.

Each case is handled individually based on the nature of the fault, and the final resolution (including any refund or shipping reimbursement) is at the discretion of Notorious Neons

Do you create custom signs using business logos?

Of course! Just upload your logo and we’ll get back to you with a quote and mockup within 1 business day. During busy times, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to respond quickly.

What colours are available for neon signs?

We offer a wide variety of vibrant LED colours—from subtle pastels to eye-catching neons like pink, blue, red, white, and more.

What’s the best way to install my neon sign?

Our signs are super easy to hang—just use the pre-drilled holes with screws, wall hooks, or chains. We include everything you need to get glowing fast.
